What is the Discretionary Fund?


This small discretionary fund is designed to provide immediate financial assistance to whānau and individuals who need support for schooling, recreational activities, or cultural participation. The fund aims to help ease financial barriers, ensuring that people can access important opportunities that contribute to their personal growth and well-being.

Individuals are welcome to apply for themselves or submit an application on behalf of someone else who may benefit from this support. Each application will be considered carefully, and funds will be allocated based on need and availability.

The maximum amount that can be requested from this fund is $200 per application. If you require financial assistance and believe this fund could help, we encourage you to apply.
