Whānau Support Services
We are proud to administer a range of contracts that provide essential whānau support services, ensuring individuals and families in our community have access to the care and assistance they need. Our commitment to supporting whānau extends across multiple programs designed to promote safety, well-being, and resilience.
Integrated Safety Response (ISR)
As part of our dedication to family and community well-being, we actively participate in the Integrated Safety Response (ISR) initiative. This program is a collaborative approach to addressing family harm, bringing together multiple agencies to provide timely and effective support to individuals and whānau experiencing or at risk of family violence. proud member of the Hauraki Family Violence Intervention Network (HFVIN) Eastern Collective. This collective works to prevent and respond to family violence through coordinated efforts, resource sharing, and strong community partnerships.
Whānau Support
Through our Whānau Support Services, we provide practical assistance and advocacy to families in need. Whether it’s connecting individuals to essential services, offering guidance through difficult situations, or providing a safe space for support, our team is dedicated to empowering whānau and fostering positive outcomes.

Financial Mentoring Service & Foodbank
The Coromandel Financial Mentoring Service provides free budget advice and personal financial mentoring to help individuals and families manage their finances effectively. In conjunction with our financial mentoring service, we also operate the Coromandel Foodbank, offering essential assistance to those in need within our community. To ensure support is accessible to everyone, we have a financial mentor who travels to Colville and Manaia once a month, providing support from a secure location for those who cannot afford to travel to our office for appointments.
